We accept STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, and PDF engineering drawings. Our GibbsCAM system integrates directly with 3D CAD files. Even if you only have a rough sketch or a sample part, reach out — we can often work from limited information and develop the drawing with you.
For straightforward jobs with drawings attached, we typically turn around quotes within 1–2 business days. For complex or multi-part orders, it may take slightly longer to review thoroughly. We'll always acknowledge your inquiry on the same business day and let you know what to expect.
No minimum. We machine single prototype parts, short runs of 5–50 pieces, and full production orders of hundreds or thousands of parts. Setup costs are reflected in per-unit pricing for small runs, but we'll always take the job if we can do it well.
Absolutely. We're located at Bay 3, 4440 75 Avenue SE in Calgary. Facility visits from prospective clients are always welcome — seeing the shop, meeting the team, and reviewing our quality documentation in person is often the fastest way to build confidence before placing a significant order.
